Banquet Room Policies

  • Thank you for considering Johnny's to host your special event.

    Our professional staff is committed to providing you with personalied service and is happy to discuss any ideas to help you meet the quality and budget you may have determined for your event.

    Please consider our policies when planning your function:

    4 hours for room including decorating.

  • Policies

    1. In order to reserve the private dining room, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required.

    2. Please make an appointment to finalize your menu and arrangements at least 14 days prior to your event. A guest meal gaurantee count is required 7 days prior to your event. Your gauranteed count will be the minimum number of meals for which you will be charged.

    3. All food, beverages and alcohol must be purchased from Johhny's, with the exception of specialty cakes. All local, state and federal laws regarding the purchase and consumption of food and beverage are strictly adhered to.

    4. Johnny's also reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest any alcohol beverage if it has been determined the guest may be intoxicated or is not of legal drinking age.

    5. All food and beverage prices are to MI state sales tax and 20% gratuity. Payment is due the day of the event by cash, cashiers check or credit card. Should the final count increase or anyother charges be included, payment will be due at the conclusion of the event.

    6. Table and room decorations must be approved by management. Please NO SPARKLE GLITTER or METALLIC CONFETTI. All candles must be encased in glass. Johnny's must ask that no decorations or banners be taped upon the walls or wood trim. All decorations, equipment or other items must be removed 1/2 hour of the end of you event.

    7. Johnny's will not be liable for any damages to your property or that of your contractor if it is moved, cleaned or stored by our employees in the performance of their duites. Items left at Johnny'd will be disposed of after 7 days.

    8. All pricing is subject to change upon market conditions.
